Digital Tip Jar was created during a 48-hour hackathon, and the concept is pretty cool. Each registered artist gets a unique QR code, that when scanned takesn them to a page to tip the artist. Though the features and user experience are as minimal as you might expect from a two-day coding crunch, the service is absolutely free to use.
